Do you sell my data?
No. We don't sell, rent, or share your data with anyone — ever. We don't run ads. Receiply makes money from subscriptions and one-time purchases, full stop.
Does it work offline?
OCR runs entirely on-device, so capture and review work without a connection. The AI parse step needs internet briefly — if you're offline, we queue the receipt and finish parsing as soon as you're back online.
Which countries are supported?
Anywhere you can install from the App Store or Google Play. We've optimised receipt parsing for English, Arabic, Urdu, French, German and Spanish, and 150+ home currencies with automatic conversion. More languages are on the way.
Can I export my data?
Yes — Pro users can export everything to CSV or a styled PDF in a single tap. It's your data; you should be able to leave with it whenever you want.
What about taxes and business receipts?
Tag a transaction as business or tax-deductible. At year-end, filter, total VAT/sales tax, and export the PDF for your accountant. Receiply isn't tax software, but it makes the inbox part painless.
What happens if I cancel?
Your data stays. You drop to the Free plan (15 scans/month, basic features), but every transaction, budget and tag you've ever created is still there. Re-subscribe and everything Pro unlocks again.
Can I switch between iPhone and Android?
Yes — turn on cloud sync (Pro) and your transactions follow you between devices and platforms, including iOS to Android. Sync is encrypted in transit and tied to your account.
